DNS resolves very slowly

For some reason, on Windows 10 and my network connection, the browser sometimes takes a very long time to resolve pijul.org. I tried nslookup in cmd which also gave this:

Non-authoritative answer:
DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.
Name:    pijul.org
Address:  37.120.161.53

The timeout only occurs with pijul.org. All other domains work normally, no matter if they’re IPv6 or IPv4.

Hi, thanks for reporting. I’m currently stuck with a shitty provider for pijul.org (netcup.de), who refuses to transfer the domain from the former provider, and has implicit contract reconduction one month before the contract expires.
