[Feature request] support using ~/.ssh/config Host with remote

Now pijul remote can only set with user@IP:/path/to/repo syntax. It is good to support replacing user@IPwith Host defined in ~/.ssh/config, as it support defining different setting in different environment. e.g.:

# At home
Match originalhost "pijulremote" exec "ping -c3 192.168.1.10"
    User user
    HostName 192.168.1.10
    IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_ed25519.pub
    port 22
# Outside home
Host pijulremote
    User user
    HostName pijulremote.freeddns.org
    IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_ed25519.pub
    port 22222
