`src/reference` is currently empty when pulling the manual

I had hoped to be able to propose some patches to fix errors and confusing (at least to me) bits of the pijul manual, but in the state of the repository that I get when I run pijul clone https://nest.pijul.com/pijul/manual the entire src/reference directory is empty.

Isn’t that the built part? It has to read the code and generate those pages…

Aha, that explains it. So that implies that the place to make improvements to this documentation is actually in the CLI help text. That seems like it might be a bit limiting in terms of how thorough this documentation can be, given that help text usually doesn’t carry examples with it and so forth; I wonder if it might be a good idea to integrate the auto-generation with handwritten documentation.

I think it’s a mixture already. The reference part is from the code (I think).
